genisuisse is a non-profit organization that offers a free 3-year coaching for innovative start-up companies. We are industry independent and also support companies with innovations in services and / or processes. With the coaching we aim to increase the chances of survival of the start-ups at an early stage of the business. So, we empower the entrepreneurs to build their businesses (empowerment approach).
